Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Adviser to engage walk-in and online customers, helping them find and purchase suitable vehicles. You will guide customers through the journey from appraisal to test drives and financing, while ensuring accurate documentation and a positive buying experience.

Join a dynamic, high-energy sales environment and leverage product knowledge to meet team targets. Training will be provided to develop product and process expertise in a fast-growing used-car platform.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or airline industry is preferred.
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
• Use knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle meeting their needs.
• Guide customers from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for customers.
• Host engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A sessions and drive virtual showroom traffic.
• Sell and source high quality used cars to expand inventory and achieve team sales target.
