Job summary

Accenture Malaysia is hiring for a Capital Markets Operations role. You will join a team supporting a major banking client to manage trade settlements across equities, fixed income, and derivatives, and deliver end-to-end investment and fund services.

You will produce reports and assist with cash reconciliation and account onboarding, ensuring accuracy and risk controls. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in finance, business, or accounting and has experience in capital markets

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field required.
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or capital markets operations preferred.
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle, settlements, or fund administration processes desired.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with financial or investment platforms is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive tasks.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process trade settlements across equity, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Deliver investment and fund services transactions end-to-end.
• Produce portfolio and fund reports.
• Monitor and reconcile cash files for accuracy and risk mitigation.
• Open and maintain financial accounts.
• Provide client servicing for financial and trade accounts, including discrepancy resolution.
