Job summary

Hyppies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Cantonese Speaker) to support clients’ employees and HR teams with medical insurance benefits and claims. The role requires handling inquiries, processing claims, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.

You'll collaborate with internal teams, manage multiple enquiries, and uphold service quality on a rotating schedule between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM in Kuala Lumpur. Fluency in Cantonese is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service, contact centre, claims processing or a related role.
• Experience within insurance, healthcare, employee benefits or medical claims will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and/or claims management platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, with good organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple enquiries or cases while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese and able to communicate professionally with customers.
• Comfortable working on a rotating schedule between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and email enquiries from customers regarding medical benefits, claims and employee wellness programmes.
• Process and review flexible benefits and self-funded claims, ensuring supporting documents are complete and in line with relevant guidelines.
• Assess claims and follow up with employees or HR teams where additional information or documentation is required.
• Manage customer complaints and more complex claims-related enquiries through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate case records and customer information within the CRM system.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding cases with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Support the team in maintaining consistent service and contact centre quality standards.
• Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks and projects as required.
