Job summary

Cisive Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Candidate Experience Representative II to deliver top-tier support to clients, vendors, and applicants.

The role blends customer service with technical assistance in a hybrid setup based in Penang, with supervision from the local Candidate Experience team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least one year in a customer service role, plus strong English and Mandarin communication and solid problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above required.
• 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Ability to read and translate Simplified/Traditional Chinese documents.
• Strong written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to Cisive clients, vendors and applicants.
• Handle inquiries via calls and live chat; route escalated issues to IT when needed.
• Maintain logs and prepare month-end statistics reports; support client projects.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on system updates affecting clients.
