Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking a focused Recruiter to join our Internal Firm Services team in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, source and screen candidates, and partner with line managers to fill vacancies with the right talent aligned to PwC's values.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline, maintain data integrity across systems, and represent the firm at career events and campus activations, helping to attract top talent for our HC practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in full lifecycle experienced recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proven track record delivering the full lateral/experienced recruitment process.
• Interpersonal, verbal, and written business communication skills.
• Experience working with DEI requirements and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Experience managing stakeholder and candidate expectations throughout recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Communicate and collaborate with line managers on role requirements and vacancy details.
• Proactively source, screen and shortlist candidates through various channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates and ensure data integrity in internal systems.
• Mediate between candidates and hiring managers to complete hiring.
• Represent the firm at recruitment events including career fairs and talks.
• Develop employer branding and recruitment marketing plans.
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person career events.
