Job summary

Lexel, part of Taylor's Education Group, seeks a Senior Operations Executive to ensure campus readiness and reliable facilities while coordinating with vendors and internal teams for cost-effective projects. You will oversee safety, compliance, and ICT readiness to support a thriving school community.

You will collaborate with academic and leadership teams to plan Open Days, orientations and community events, delivering a welcoming, well-run campus that supports students, families and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in facilities or operations management is essential.
• Experience in education or international schools is valued.

Responsibilities

• Ensure campus readiness, safety and reliability of facilities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal teams on projects.
• Oversee outsourced services (security, cleaning, catering, transport).
• Monitor compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Balance quality, cost and operational needs to deliver a great student experience.
