Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in F&B or café operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily café operations, including opening and closing.
• Lead and manage a small team of café staff.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and consistent customer service.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate replenishment.
• Handle cash register, daily sales tracking, and basic reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Train new staff and enforce SOPs.
