OrgScale Recruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Operations Coordinator to support the planning, configuration and execution of recurring campaigns and customer engagement activities. You will translate approved plans into accurate, timely, and measurable execution, including system configuration, scheduling, quality checks, content coordination and post-launch verification.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design and QA teams to ensure campaigns are delivered

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, product operations or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management, system configuration or back-office platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Good project coordination, organisation and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing multiple activities simultaneously.

• Track campaign progress, identify potential issues and elevate them promptly.
• Maintain campaign documentation and support post-campaign reporting.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Campaign Operations Coordinator to support the planning, configuration and execution of recurring campaigns and customer engagement activities.

You will be responsible for turning approved campaign plans into accurate, timely and measurable execution. This includes system configuration, scheduling, quality checks, content coordination and post-launch verification.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Design, QA and other internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain campaigns, activities, rewards and recurring offers through internal systems.

Requirements
