Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for a Call Centre Associate in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves answering inbound calls and resolving queries related to medical products and policies. Candidates should have a minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service. Fresh graduates (Degree and above) are also encouraged to apply. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answering inbound calls, responding and resolving queries related to medical products & policies, letters, medical claims and investigations as per the company’s standards and guidelines.
  • Reply email/ICM related to claim, medical products and benefits, letter investigation and admission enquiries.
  • Support Care Coordinators in Letter Issuance.
  • To attend any other task or cross-training assigned from time to time.
  • Ensured customer service standards are consistently met.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service/ Call Centre.
  • Open for fresh graduates (Degree and above).
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal), Customer Service concepts & best practices, Conflict Resolution, basic understanding & interpretation of data.
  • Expected to be on-call for necessary operations or servicing needs.
  • Willing to work on shifts.
  • High level of integrity takes accountability for work and a good attitude towards teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve the current state of things and is adaptable to embrace new changes.
