Job summary

Resource Entity Sdn. Bhd, sourcing for its Astro Bukit Jalil telemarketing team, will handle outbound and inbound calls based on supplied customer databases while introducing and promoting Astro products and packages.

You will explain promotions, answer questions politely, follow up with customers, and pursue daily to monthly sales targets, all while delivering a consistently positive experience.

Qualifications

• Aged 20 years and above
• Good communication skills in Malay and English
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales or sales is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Disciplined, confident and target-oriented
• Able to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment

Job description

You will join the Telemarketing team at Astro Bukit Jalil, making outbound and inbound calls based on provided customer databases. You will introduce and promote Astro products and packages to customers, provide clear explanations about promotions, packages, terms and conditions, and answer customer questions accurately, politely and professionally. You will follow up with customers, identify sales opportunities, and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while ensuring a consistently positive and professional customer experience.

About you

Aged 20 years and above

Good communication skills in Malay and English

Experience in telemarketing, telesales or sales is an advantage

Basic salary: RM1,800

Commission: RM800 – RM3,500

Attendance allowance: RM200
