Job summary

EMPAT SEKAWAN is seeking a Café Supervisor to oversee daily café operations in a fast-paced setting in Malaysia. You will ensure smooth workflow, deliver excellent customer service, maintain food quality and hygiene, and lead staff to meet service standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in café/restaurant operations with supervisory experience as an advantage. Shifts include weekends and public holidays; previous experience in halal-compliant environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in café, restaurant, F&B, or hospitality operations.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth workflow and service quality.
• Open and close the café according to SOPs.
• Monitor kitchen, bar, and service flow and address issues promptly.
• Lead staff, assign duties, monitor attendance and grooming, and provide on-the-job training.
• Maintain food and beverage quality, hygiene, and safe storage practices.
