Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring breakfast service staff to assist in setting up the breakfast food stations and dining area before guests arrive.

You will replenish stations, monitor stock, and maintain cleanliness across dining areas while upholding food safety standards; no experience required.

A friendly personality and basic coffee knowledge are pluses, with opportunities to grow in a morning-shift role.

Qualifications

• Certifications: Must possess a valid Food Handling Certificate.
• Experience: No experience required. Relevant background in an F&B environment is a strong advantage.
• Skills: A friendly personality with the ability to work efficiently under morning-rush pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up the breakfast food stations and dining area before guests arrive.
• Replenish free-flow food, juice/coffee stations, and assist with breakfast food preparation.
• Maintain strict cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, lobby, and restroom according to both hotel standards and food safety regulations.
• Basic coffee knowledge or espresso machine experience are strong pluses.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure key ingredients are consistently available.
