Adnex Interior Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a CAD Designer to turn interior design concepts into technical drawings for commercial fit-outs, with on-site support and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Architecture or Interior Design, 5+ years in interior fit-out drafting, and expertise in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office; familiarity with CIDB, BOMBA, MBPJ, DBKL is a plus.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in interior fit-out drafting, joinery detailing, or commercial/retail renovation projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD as the primary tool for complex construction and joinery drafting. Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office / SharePoint / Teams for documentation and presentation support.
• Familiarity with local Malaysian authority regulations and submission guidelines (CIDB, BOMBA, MBPJ, DBKL, etc.).
• High attention to technical accuracy, strong problem-solving skills for site issues, and the ability to communicate smoothly across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Possess own transport.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting, Technical Documentation & Deliverables for tender, shop, construction, and as-built drawings.
• Produce space planning layouts, RCPs, lighting layouts, MEP integration, and joinery details.
• Coordinate with commercial, design, site teams and consultants to align drawings with BOQ, cost controls, and feasibility.
• Attend site and design coordination meetings to ensure design intent is translated into site execution.
