RODA DESIGN AND BUILD SDN. BHD. is seeking an interior designer/draughtsperson to develop and adapt space layouts based on project briefs and design requirements, and to prepare plans, elevations, sections and construction details.

You will update drawings to reflect client feedback and site conditions, support design proposals and 3D presentations, and coordinate information with clients, teams and suppliers. Strong CAD skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have interior design experience and a relevant qualification.
• Strong drafting skills and knowledge of construction details.
• Proficient in CAD drafting and capable of producing 3D visuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop and adapt space layouts based on project briefs and design requirements.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
• Update drawings to reflect client feedback, site conditions and project changes.
• Support design proposals, material selections and 3D presentations as required.
• Coordinate design information with clients, project teams and suppliers.
• Carry out site measurements and help resolve design and drawing queries.
• Maintain organised drawing records, revisions and outstanding tasks.
• Perform other reasonable design and drawing duties related to the role, as assigned.
