Qualifications

• Experience in cabinet/furniture industry.
• 1–3 years in sales coordination, operations, production, or project coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent coordination, scheduling, and follow-up skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Liaise with customers, sales representatives, designers, production, delivery, and installation teams.
• Follow up on order status, production progress, delivery, and installation schedules.
• Ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately to the relevant departments.
• Provide timely updates to customers and management.
• Oversee and coordinate daily factory operations and production activities.
• Monitor production schedules, daily output, downtime, and production rejects.
• Ensure production follows approved drawings, specifications, and planned schedules.
• Assist in resolving daily production and operational issues.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor cabinet projects from order confirmation through production, delivery, installation, and completion.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Installation teams.
• Track project progress and highlight delays or issues promptly.
• Ensure projects are completed according to schedule and customer requirements.
• Arrange driver and installer schedules according to project timelines.
• Coordinate delivery and installation arrangements with the Sales Department.
• Ensure installers have the correct materials, drawings, tools, and project information.
• Follow up on installation completion and outstanding works.
• Coordinate production and installation teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor staff schedules, attendance, productivity, and work performance.
• Ensure employees follow company procedures, safety requirements, and work standards.
• Act as a communication link between management and operational staff.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, projects, production progress, materials, manpower, and installation schedules.
• Prepare operational and project progress reports for management.
• Develop and maintain necessary SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and operational documents.
