Job summary

JAC Recruitment International is seeking a procurement professional to source and procure fresh products for a Malaysian retail network. You will evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage stock levels to meet quality and commercial targets.

The role requires experience in buying, merchandising, or retail operations, with strong analytics, communication, and Excel skills to drive category performance and supplier collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in buying, procurement, merchandising, category management, or retail operations.
• Exposure to supermarket, hypermarket, grocery, retail, or fresh food industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and retail reporting systems
