Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Business Transformation Project Manager to drive major transformation initiatives and deliver value across IT, operations, and business teams. You will lead from initiation through delivery, shaping plans, budgets, and stakeholder engagement in a dynamic, outcomes-focused environment.

The role demands a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Agile and adaptable, with the ability to navigate complex project landscapes.

• Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans
