Job summary

OCBC Bank in Malaysia seeks a Branch Manager to lead a branch team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You will develop and implement strategies to boost sales, deepen relationships, and strengthen market presence.

You will build strong relationships with customers and partners, analyze market trends, and ensure risk management and regulatory compliance while coaching staff for high performance. A collaborative, innovative culture supports community growth.

Qualifications
