Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Business Management - Support professional to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence in a dynamic banking environment. You’ll partner with senior management, analyze data, and implement process improvements to sustain growth and efficiency.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with credit policies within a Singapore-Mouthed regional bank context.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business management, operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Providing business analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs
  • Analyzing data and market trends to inform business strategies
  • Preparing reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders
  • Monitors credit-related matters and ensure adherence to the Bank's Credit Policies and regulatory requirements
  • Prepares, maintains, and analyses reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to support business and management reporting needs
  • Liaises with internal stakeholders to address queries, resolve issues, and facilitate smooth operational processes
  • Coordinate internal and external audit exercises by preparing and managing required information and documentation, responding to audit queries, and ensuring timely closure of audit findings and compliance gaps
