Job summary

Flex is a global manufacturing partner seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support ERP implementations in Batu Kawan, Penang. You will scope requirements, train users on ERP (Baan, LN) modules, and design processes aligned with standard practices. Travel to sites and post-live support are expected as projects progress.

Responsibilities include testing, data setup for go-live, and coordinating with multiple expert teams globally. The role may involve after-hours meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of work experience in ERP knowledge especially in Procurement/Planning Operations
