Job summary

Randstad Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is recruiting a Business Solutions Manager to lead the full-cycle delivery of large-scale projects using Agile practices and to consult clients on AI-driven solutions.

The role requires a strong software engineering background, hands-on solutioning experience, and excellent vendor management and project planning skills to drive multiple initiatives across APAC.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in delivering large-scale projects.
• Experience in AI projects and emerging technologies.
• Prior experience as a software engineer/developer.
• Strong skills in project planning and vendor management.
• Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science.
