Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Executive Recruiters in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Solution Consultant to drive end-to-end solution design for financial services and IT projects.

The role requires strong analytical skills, broad stakeholder management, and the ability to translate client needs into scalable strategies across business, technical, operations and end-user teams. Travel may be required; English proficiency and SDLC expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in finance services or IT.
• Proficiency in software development lifecycle and application development methods, preferably with payment/banking applications.
• Ability to build relationships at different levels with stakeholders, including C levels.
• Ability to travel when required and work unsociable hours.
• Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all stagesfrom specification refinement to partial or complete ownership of businesssolution design by providing comprehensive business solutions and serviceknowledge.
  
• Ensure accuracy andpropose alternative solutions by conducting thorough analyses which include riskassessments and feasibility studies to prioritize deliverables effectively.
  
• Provide tailored andrelevant solutions by understanding and integrating client needs into strategicplans that align with client and company requirements.
