AdTech Innovation Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Business Development Professional to drive new business in the advertising media sector.

You will craft tailored media plans and sell a broad range of digital marketing solutions to partner agencies and clients. Successful candidates will have 2+ years in sales & marketing within advertising media, strong English communication, and Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in sales & marketing in the advertising media field.
• Strong command of verbal and written English; Mandarin will be prioritized for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Graduate in Business Management, E-Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Proven ability to hunt for clients, prepare proposals and media plans, give presentations and close deals.
• Develop comprehensive media plans to meet partners' business needs.
• Sell and market a full range of digital marketing solutions to business partners/agencies.

【What you will learn/gain experience with】

You will have opportunities for cross‑national collaboration, as projects may be passed on from colleagues in other regions where we have 13 offices across Asia (Hong Kong/Taiwan/Thailand/Vietnam/China...etc.).

You will explore various industries within our client base and expand your marketing insights through our international team. It will be challenging, but fun for sure!

【About the role】 As a Business Development, your main focus is on actively seeking and closing new business opportunities. You'll develop and execute tailored media plans, selling a range of digital marketing solutions to potential partners and agencies. Your knack for sales and closing deals will be pivotal to your success. Additionally, you'll conduct market research to inform your strategies and assist with administrative tasks as needed. You will need to have basic knowledge of social/digital marketing, ex, META/Google/TikTok/Twitter/YouTube/SEO/SEM.

2+ years of work experience in sales & marketing in the ADVERTISING MEDIA FIELD.

Strong command of verbal and written communication in English; with Mandarin skill will be prioritized to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Graduate in Business Management, E-Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline would be an advantage but not necessary.

Experienced in hunting for clients, preparing proposals and media planning, conducting presentations and closing the deal.

To develop a comprehensive media plan to meet partners'/clients’ business needs.

To sell and market a full range of digital marketing solutions to business partners/ad agencies.

To identify and develop new business opportunities.

Organize and participate in sales visits with potential and existing partners/ad agencies/key clients.

Work closely and develop good relationships with Key Business Partners.

Conduct market research.

Any other administrative duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
