Job summary

Mogul Works Asia is seeking a confident, motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our HR, Learning & Development and Talent Solutions business. You will connect with business leaders, build relationships and identify opportunities to help companies discover solutions to talent challenges.

As a BDR, you’ll drive lead generation, engage with prospects, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and manage a healthy CRM pipeline.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

• Comfortable making outbound calls, handling conversations and following up with prospects.
• Self-motivated, proactive, resilient and target-driven.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, HR or related fields.

Good to Have

• Experience in B2B sales, business development or lead generation.
• Confidence in conducting presentations, product demonstrations or client pitches.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
• Interest in HR, recruitment, Learning & Development or technology solutions.
