Job summary

AME Development Sdn Bhd, part of the AME Group, is seeking a Business Development professional for property development in Senai, Johor. You will identify development opportunities, support planning, and prepare proposals.

This role requires 3–5 years' relevant experience, strong analytical and numerical skills, and a solid grasp of local authority procedures. On-site position with travel within Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in property development, land matters or feasibility analysis.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with structured thinking.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential land and property development opportunities through research, data analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Support development planning, project concept alignment, and commercial structuring.
• Support management in preparing business proposals, feasibility reports, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with planning, design, and technical consultants to align project concepts with market needs and compliance requirements.
• Assist in land negotiations, due diligence, documentation review and project approvals.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of business development activities and project implementation.
• Monitor land policies, development trends, and regulatory updates.

• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia when required.
