Energy Workforce Group (EW) is actively seeking an ambitious, results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth across our technical manpower supply and workforce solutions divisions . In this role, you will lead client acquisition across EPCC contractors, fabrication yards, ongoing construction sites, plant turnarounds, and operating maintenance facilities. Acting as a trusted consultative partner, you will deliver comprehensive recruitment, payroll, and staffing solutions while ensuring high-impact client satisfaction and sustainable revenue expansion.
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and connect with prospective employers across Oil & Gas, EPCC, and industrial sectors to secure strategic business opportunities.
Pipeline & Financial Tracking: Build, monitor, and manage weekly and monthly sales pipelines while accurately estimating and managing Revenue and Gross Profits for every project.
Commercial Closing: Generate inquiries, present tailored service proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into awarded contracts for technical manpower and TPI services.
Full-Suite Workforce Solutions: Drive contract sales across our complete solution portfolio, including Technical Manpower Supply, RPO, Contract Staffing, Permanent Recruitment, Executive Search, EOR, and Payroll Outsourcing.
Third-Party Inspection (TPI) Sales: Secure TPI contracts covering structural, mechanical, and industrial project quality and inspection needs.
Strategic Client Advisory & Key Accounts: Serve as an industry advisor providing employers with market trends, salary benchmarking, and customized hiring strategies while establishing high-trust partnerships with EPCC decision-makers and site owners.
Internal Alignment: Work closely with internal recruitment and sourcing teams to ensure delivery capabilities match client expectations and achieve company Vision and Mission targets.
Candidates MUST have direct Oil & Gas sales experience in securing and closing both Technical Manpower Supply contracts AND Third-Party Inspection (TPI) contracts. Candidates without direct experience in both specific areas will not be considered.
Established Industry Network: Active connections with EPCC contractors, fabrication yards, plant operators, maintenance firms, and project management teams.
Workforce Solutions Expertise: Solid understanding across RPO, Payroll Management, EOR, Contract Staffing, and Executive Search delivery models.
Technical & Commercial Acumen: Strong grasp of technical staffing requirements, inspection standards, yard operations, turnaround schedules, as well as revenue and gross profit calculation.
