• Strong stakeholder management with government and institutional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop route-to-market strategies in school/institutional settings.

• Lead the TSNM initiative across workstreams and milestones.
• Engage schools, government stakeholders, distributors, and partners.
• Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Develop long-term business plans and scalable operations.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
