Job summary

Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad is seeking a Nutritional Executive to execute territory medical marketing activities in Malaysia and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders, government bodies, and healthcare organizations. You will ensure compliance with regulations, provide timely updates to RNM, and articulate product knowledge to drive market share.

Qualifications

• Possess a degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or any Science-related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Sales (GP, Hospital, General, or equivalent). Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of healthcare institutions and commercial managed care; experience in selling to healthcare institutions is preferred.
• Customer-focused, with the ability to act with speed and decisiveness to achieve optimal results. Strong business acumen and a proven drive to grow market share.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory medical marketing activities and ensure alignment within the medical marketing team.
• Maintain close professional relationships with key opinion leaders, government officials, non-government bodies, associations, and other relevant personnel to further the company’s interests.
• Ensure all activities carried out within medical institutions comply with both internal and external regulations and codes.
• Provide timely updates to RNM on matters affecting sales, distribution, marketing, business trends, promotional activities, competitors’ activities, and other issues that may impact the company and/or its products.
• Effectively articulate both the company’s and competitors’ product knowledge through professional detailing skills and by addressing competitor selling propositions.
• Increase and maintain Sales Force Effectiveness within the assigned territory to ensure sustainable business growth.
