Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead agency partnerships and live streaming initiatives. The role is fully on-site at KL Gateway, with standard office hours and a focus on onboarding agencies and hosts, addressing inquiries, and driving performance metrics.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience in live streaming or related fields and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the live streaming, voice chat, or social entertainment industry is preferred.
• Candidates with experience as platform staff, host, agency admin/operator, agency owner, host recruiter, or in related roles within the live streaming or voice room industry are highly preferred.
• Good command of MS Office.

Work Arrangement: Fully On-site
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM or 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Main Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new agencies and hosts through various channels and platforms.

Understand agencies' needs, provide daily support, address enquiries, and recommend operational strategies and optimization suggestions based on different situations.

Analyze agencies' weekly and monthly performance data and drive agency activation, engagement, and retention.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities while acting as a communication bridge between agencies and the platform by gathering market feedback and insights.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the live streaming, voice chat, or social entertainment industry is preferred.

Candidates with experience as platform staff, host, agency admin/operator, agency owner, host recruiter, or in other related roles within the live streaming or voice room industry are highly preferred.

Good command of MS Office.
