Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Agency & Host Management Specialist to grow and manage our live streaming agency and host ecosystem. You will recruit hosts, develop agency partnerships, and drive performance across the platform.

This role requires an existing network of live streaming agencies/hosts, strong relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple accounts independently. Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agency Management, Host Management, Live Streaming Operations, Creator Operations, Influencer Management, or Voice/Social Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term partnerships with live streaming agencies to drive platform growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate new live hosts, influencers, and creator partners.
• Manage day-to-day agency and host operations, including communication, activity coordination, and policy guidance.
• Coach and support hosts to improve livestream performance, engagement, and income growth.
• Identify and develop high-potential hosts into top-performing creators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns and growth initiatives.
