Job summary

ET Education seeks a Business Development Manager (Chinese Speaker) to lead the day-to-day Sales & Marketing team and execute initiatives that grow the business. You will review workflows, implement improvements, and provide guidance to help the team achieve its targets.

With 1–2 years in Sales/Marketing/BD, you will drive strategies, lead others, and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a strong results focus within a professional online tuition context.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar role.
• Track record of working towards business goals and improving team performance.
• Practical experience in planning sales approaches, refining workflows, and ensuring strategies are carried out effectively.
• Strong sense of responsibility with a clear focus on achieving results.
• Able to spot issues early and take initiative to resolve them.
• Confident in leading others while taking responsibility for team outcomes.
• Self-driven, organised, and capable of handling different priorities at the same time.
