Job summary

RHB Insurance Berhad is seeking a senior banking professional to cover critical frontline duties in the Banca unit within Penang's SME network. The role focuses on supporting the Banca Unit Head during absences and ensuring operations across CBBC branches and Commercial/Transactional Banking units run smoothly.

You will also handle referrals from bankers, monitor renewals and payments, and contribute to a reliable, client-focused banking service across the region.
