Job summary

REFORM Digital in Subang Jaya is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team in October 2026. You will work closely with the BD Team to assist in lead generation, market research, and day-to-day operations, gaining hands-on experience in sales and business development.

This paid internship offers mentorship from senior professionals, exposure to client meetings and proposals, and a chance to contribute to growth initiatives while located near SS15 LRT Station.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team in early October 2026. The BD Intern will work closely with our Business Development Team to assist in various tasks including lead generation, sales reporting, relationship building, market research, and supporting the team in day-to-day operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in sales and business development within a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in generating leads through research, outreach, and networking.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Work collaboratively with the Business Development Team to support various BD initiatives.
• Support senior BD professionals during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Support the development of compelling business proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the BD team.

Qualifications

• Possesses at least a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Exhibits outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Spreadsheet/Excel for data analysis and report generation.
