Job summary

SNT Global Logistics Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive sales of logistics and eFulfillment services in Malaysia and nearby regions. You will build strong client relationships, craft proposals, and coordinate with operations to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role requires a track record in logistics/ecommerce sales, strong communication, and the ability to influence and negotiate with customers. Fluency in English and Malay is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher education in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/BD in logistics/ecommerce.
• Experience in eCommerce, courier and logistics industries.
• Excellent organization and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell Logistics and eFulfillment solutions domestically and regionally.
• Maintain relationships with customers, partners, suppliers and authorities.
• Prepare proposals to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct costing analyses and monthly management/client reports.
• Plan with operations on e-fulfillment services.
• Perform industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
• Develop and execute a growth-oriented business strategy with customers.
• Maintain positive professional relationships with clients.
• Monitor sales progress to meet corporate goals.
• Provide training and knowledge enhancement to the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing and shipping regulations.

Job Description :

Responsible to market and sell Logistics and eFulfillment solution and services for both domestic and regional market

Maintain good working relationships with customers, business partners, external suppliers and regulatory authorities.

To prepare proposals to meet customer’s requirement.

To conduct analysis, costing and prepare monthly reports for management and client meeting.

Facilitate and plan with operation team on e-fulfillment services.

Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions

Develop, execute and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings

Maintain positive professional relationships with clients

Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met

Provide training and knowledge enhancement to sales team

Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
