Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a sales-focused professional in Malaysia to identify and pursue opportunities within retail and wholesale markets, build strong distributor and key account relationships, and develop strategic plans to meet revenue targets.

This role requires a minimum diploma and at least 1 year in sales or related fields, with excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Finance for smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, retail, or wholesale is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within retail and wholesale markets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and competitor activities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
• Track and report performance metrics, including sales volume, customer acquisition, and retention.
