This full-time role involves identifying new business opportunities in the TCM and pharmaceutical sectors, building client relationships, conducting market research, and delivering compelling proposals to accelerate growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel as required.

This full-time position is based in our Kuala Lumpur office, where you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the TCM & pharmaceutical industry


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and partners


• Conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitors


• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth


• Preparing and presenting compelling proposals and pitches to secure new business


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects


• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to measure the success of your efforts

About you

• Proven track record in new business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical/ TCM industries


• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients


• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and industry trends


• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field


• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a similar role


• Provide own transport (car) and willing to travel outstation frequently
