Job summary

Yanling Natural Hygiene in Malaysia is seeking an International Business Development Executive to drive overseas growth and identify new market opportunities.

The role involves handling overseas client inquiries, supporting new product development with market positioning, and delivering after-sales service on technical and quality matters.

You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, manage trade show participation, monitor industry trends, and take on ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetic, or related science field.
• Strong command of English & Malay; Mandarin as an added advantage.
• Able to work independently, well-organized, proactive.
• Familiar with MS Office and data analysis.

International Business Development Executive

Drives international business expansion & explores new market opportunities.

Handles oversea clients' enquiries towards company services and provide professsional supports.

Assists & guides clients throughout new product development flow including market positioning & unique selling points differentiation.

Provides clients' after-sales services on product technical supports & quality matters such as complaints.

Coordinates with internal teams as well as suppliers to execute clients' proposal.

Manages company participation / exhibition in pharmaceutical & nutraceutical industry trade shows (both local & oversea) to enhance company visibility.

Monitors new market trends and industry developments to support company on strategic decision-making.

Undertakes any relevant ad hoc duties from superior from time to time.

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Nutrition / Dietetic / Food Science / Medical Science / Biochemistry or equivalent Science stream course.

1-5 years of working experiences in supplement / nutritional related field or healthcare retails industry.

Experienced on NPRA or oversea regulatory affairs will be an added advantage.

Proficient in both spoken and written English & Malay. Able to speak and read Mandarin or other foreign language will be an added advantage.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision, organized and self-motivated.

Willing to communicate with external parties & keen to explore new fields.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word as well as other analytical skills.
