Job summary

Clinical Research Malaysia (CRM) is seeking a Business Development Intern to assist the BD team in marketing, promotional activities, and communications. This entry-level role offers exposure to events coordination, data entry, and article write-ups while learning about clinical research management in Malaysia.

The ideal candidate holds a Life Sciences degree, demonstrates strong bilingual communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English, and is proficient with Microsoft Office and Canva.

• Assist in updates for company communications.

• Undertake other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

JOB SUMMARY (Major functions of the position)

The Business Development Assistant role is a temporary entry level to assist, learn and obtain exposures in tasks related to marketing and promotion of clinical research activities. As a Business Development Intern, you will have to assist the business development team in providing basic support in the areas of the department’s activities including but not limited to events management and coordination, data entry, article/report write-up and promotional activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support in preparing updates in company communications

Support in the design and development of creative content

Participate in business development marketing and promotional activities

Support in data entry in systems managed by CRM BD

Support in preparing small scale write-ups/ analysis on articles/ reports

Undertake other assignments delegated by supervisor.

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of Degree in Life Sciences/ Health Sciences/ Life Sciences other relevant degrees

Good written and verbal communication skills, in both Bahasa Melayu & English Language

Competent in Microsoft & Canva.

Good time management and organizational skills
