Job summary

PBS Advisory (Puchong) Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village is seeking a proactive Business Development Admin to support marketing and client engagement. You'll help manage online presence, prepare company profiles and quotations, and assist in promotional activities locally and overseas.

Qualifications

• SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, or simple design/editing tools is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms
• Prepare and schedule social media postings and marketing content
• Assist in preparing company profiles, presentation materials, and marketing documents
• Prepare quotations, engagement documents, and follow-up correspondence
• Conduct email blasting and marketing campaigns
• Send flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to clients
• Coordinate with clients and internal team members on marketing and administrative matters
• Support branding, business development, and promotional activities
• Assist in organising events, meetings, or networking activities when required
• Perform additional administrative and business support tasks as assigned from time to time

We are looking for a proactive and creative Business Development Admin to join our growing team. This role is suitable for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing, branding, and client engagement.

You will play an important role in supporting the company’s business development and marketing activities, including maintaining our online presence, preparing company profiles and quotations, as well as assisting in client communication and promotional activities locally and overseas.

What You’ll Be Doing
