Cognizant, a leading IT services company, seeks an experienced Business Analyst to drive transformation in the Insurance or Financial Services domain in Malaysia. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze processes, define requirements, design target operating models, and deliver process improvements.

The role requires 5+ years of BA experience in Insurance/FS, strong communication, and proficiency in documenting BRDs/FRDs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process mapping and gap analysis.
• Document current-state and future-state processes.
• Define Target Operating Models and process improvements.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Bridge business users, SMEs and IT delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and workflow documentation.
• Support solution validation, UAT and implementation activities.
