Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
• 0–8 years of experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience or internship exposure to UAT, business analysis, or trade operations is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Interest in building a long-term career in Business Analysis or System Support.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, meticulous and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end delivery of the Trade Finance System enhancement and implementation projects.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Review functional specifications and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Prepare UAT test scenarios, scripts, and test data; execute cycles and track defects.
• Coordinate with Trade Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Provide day-to-day system usage support and issue investigation; monitor and resolve defects.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation including BRs, SOPs, and process flows.
• Conduct training sessions and develop user guides and reference materials.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & System Implementation Support

• Assist in the end-to-end delivery of the Trade Finance System enhancement and implementation projects.
• Participate in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Review functional specifications and ensure alignment with business needs.

2. UAT Planning & Execution

• Prepare UAT test scenarios, scripts, and test data based on operational workflows.
• Execute UAT cycles, track defects, and validate system functionality.
• Ensure system behavior meets expected business rules and regulatory requirements.

3. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Trade Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure cohesive system integration and workflow alignment.
• Support communication between business users and technical teams.

4. System Functionality Support

• Provide day-to-day support on system usage, troubleshooting, and issue investigation.
• Monitor reported issues, coordinate fixes, and follow through until resolution.
• Gather feedback from users and propose system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in prioritizing and managing enhancement requests.

6. Documentation & Governance

• Maintain up-to-date documentation including business requirements, SOPs, and process flows.
• Support compliance checks related to trade finance documentation and transactions.

7. Training & Enablement

• Conduct training sessions and user briefings on system features and new enhancements.
• Develop user guides, FAQs, and reference materials.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Banking, or related fields.

Experience

• 0–8 years of experience.
• Experience or internship exposure to UAT, business analysis, or trade operations is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in business analysis or system-related roles are welcome.
• Interest in building a long-term career in Business Analysis or System Support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of Trade Finance products (e.g., Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Collections) is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, meticulous, and eager to learn.
• Team player with strong self‑initiative and adaptability.
