Job summary

Gong Cha is hiring at its Malaysian outlets to welcome guests with a warm, efficient service experience. You will greet customers, take orders, and prepare beverages while maintaining hygiene and a tidy dining area.

You will collaborate with a friendly team to ensure smooth operations across shifts. Ideal candidates have experience in fast-paced beverage service, are customer-focused, and able to work rotating hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fast-paced beverage or food service is preferred.
• Well-presented with professional customer service skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and provide recommendations on menu items accordingly.
• Serving beverages promptly and professionally.
• Opening & closing preparation work.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the service areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
• Assist with the preparation of dining areas and stocking of supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
