Job summary

Gong Cha Malaysia is looking for friendly, customer-focused service staff to greet and seat guests, take orders, and recommend menu items while ensuring accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and provide recommendations on menu items accordingly
• Serving beverage promptly and professionally
• Opening & closing preparation work
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the service areas
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
• Assist with the preparation of dining areas and stocking of supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• To adhere and enforce all Company’s policies and procedures.
• Undertake / participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
