Job summary

Gong Cha Malaysia is hiring service crew to greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on menu items. You will serve food and beverages promptly, assist with opening and closing duties, and ensure clean and hygienic service areas.

The role requires teamwork and strong customer service skills to resolve inquiries promptly. Opportunities for promotion are available, and maternity and parental leaves are offered as part of the company's benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of service crew experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and provide recommendations on menu items accordingly
• Serving food & beverage promptly and professionally
• Opening & closing preparation work
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the service areas
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
• Assist with the preparation of dining areas and stocking of supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
