Job summary

Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Change & Release Manager (Software) for the MRO AMS portfolio.

The role governs end-to-end change management across the production estate, balancing business demand with stability and SLAs, while chairing the Change Advisory Board with client and supplier stakeholders. Qualifications

• 7+ years in telecom IT and 3+ years in a change lead role.
• Experience operating a BSS environment in a managed service or AMS model.
• Hands-on understanding of major BSS stacks (Huawei BES, Amdocs, Ericsson, Netcracker, Oracle BRM), or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the change management process aligned to ITIL 4 and service description.
• Chair the weekly CAB and ECAB for urgent changes.
• Maintain Forward Schedule of Change and publish to stakeholders.
• Assess RFCs for technical, commercial, operational, and customer impact.
• Lead Post-Implementation Reviews and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with multiple suppliers to integrate changes into the BSS estate.
