Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, CCS1 to join our team in Malaysia. This role focuses on managing the manufacturing and delivery of IT applications and change requests, working closely with internal teams and SMEs to ensure system stability and alignment with business needs.

You will develop technical solutions within the existing ecosystem to improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise-grade software and production support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience coordinating SIT scope and cross-stakeholder delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing and delivery of IT application change requests and enhancements with stakeholders.
• Develop technical solutions within the existing ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the Squad Lead on deliverables, work plans, and timelines.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and design solutions.
• Review requirement analysis and define SIT scope and expectations.
• Identify risks and mitigations throughout delivery.
• Maintain understanding of system usage and advocate improvements for efficiency.
• Provide production support including root-cause analysis for incidents.
• Provide post-implementation support to business users.
