Job summary

Luxasia Group is seeking a Brow Expert for our in-store beauty counter who will be trained and certified in brows, waxing, and makeup application techniques. You will build a loyal customer base and drive consistent sales through excellent service.

You will demonstrate Benefit brand products, engage customers, and maintain counter presentation while adhering to hygiene and brand standards. Shift work including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English written and spoken.
• Strong retail sales or service history.
• Comfortable engaging customers one-on-one.
• Self-motivated with passion for beauty industry.
• Pleasant, well-groomed and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate use of brand’s makeup products and services.
• Market and sell brand’s products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and store staff.
• Engage customers to discuss skin concerns and needs.
• Recommend appropriate products based on skin condition.
• Host workshops or events for customer engagement.
• Perform Benefit-trained services to quality standards.
• Arrange appointments for return services.
• Maintain clean counter and stock levels.
• Ensure proper uniform and makeup during work hours.
