Job summary

Luxasia Malaysia is seeking a Brow Expert to be trained and certified in brows and facial waxing, while also showcasing makeup application techniques and tips. You will build a base of regular customers and drive sales through exceptional service.

Role requires strong English, a passion for beauty, and comfort with face-to-face engagement. Training is provided; opportunities for internal mobility across regions may exist. Market-aligned salary with incentives applies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
• Strong retail sales and/or service history.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the use of brand’s make up products & services.
• Market & Sell brand’s products & services.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers as well as store managers and cast members.

• Host/organize workshops or events for customer engagement.
• Perform services to Benefit quality standards and arrange return appointments.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and bow bar areas are clean and maintained.

Being a Brow Expert in the company, you will be trained and certified on the unique skillset of brows & facial waxing on top of having the best knowledge on make-up application techniques, tips & tricks as well as be exposed to a wide range of make-up products. A Brow Expert will also be able to build up their own base of regular customers to ensure that you have a constant flow of customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the use of brand’s make up products & services
• Market & Sell brand’s products & services
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers as well as store managers and cast members.
• Engage customers in a productive discussion to address skin concerns
• Perfectly identify customer’s skin condition and recommend the right products
• Host/Organize occasional workshops or parties for customers’ engagement
• Perform only Benefit approved and trained services offered on service menu to Benefit quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Arrange appointments for return services
• Ensure that top selling stock are not facing low or out of stocks issues; shelves are fully stocked at all time.
• Ensure personal bow bar areas are always at tip top condition, communicate maintenance issues to counter manager/sales manager
• Adhere to hygiene standards of the brand
• Ensure that the Benefit uniform is worn and full make up is always applied during work hours

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
• Strong retail sales and/or service history
• Comfortable in face to face engagement
• Self-motivated individual who possesses a strong passion for working in the Beauty industry
• Pleasant disposition and well groomed
• Work hours: able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic make-up application knowledge
• An aesthetician or waxing license is an advantage
