Job Accountabilities – Key Accountabilities

• To assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing marketing strategies and to achieve departmental budget.
• To secure new and renewals accounts under broker portfolio.
• Servicing brokers under portfolio / to assist in claims / handling issues raised by brokers.
• To assist in managing premium collections / monitoring outstanding premium ageing to desired level.
• Execute all sales and marketing related activities and to assist the Head of Department on daily operations and marketing activities.
• To ensure the business portfolio mixed (motor and non-motor) to the desired ratio.
