Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a fresh graduate for Broadcast Infra Support at All Asia Broadcast Centre in Kuala Lumpur. You will operate, monitor, and maintain OTT, media encoding/transcoding, and broadcast platform services, joining a 24x7 operations team.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor degree in CS/IT/Telecom or related fields, strong problem solving, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts. Training provided; growth opportunities within Astro's leading entertainment ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/IT/telecommunications or related fields.
• Diploma holders with relevant experience encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Operate, monitor, and maintain OTT, media encoding/transcoding, and broadcast platform services.
• Ensure quality and availability of audio, video, transport stream, and network services.
• Investigate system faults, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Respond to incidents and service interruptions within agreed service levels.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, maintenance, and platform enhancements.
• Generate operational and performance reports and recommend service improvements.
• Maintain system documentation, operating procedures, and technical records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and support teams to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in project implementation, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities.
• Support 24x7 operational requirements, including shift work and on-call support when required.
